Senior Associate - Finance Operations Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for MIS & Reporting 2. Prepare and monitor various MIS reports pertaining to the business vertical and a key stakeholder in preparation of monthly, fortnightly business review deck 3. Supporting business & Finance with financial data queries 4. Involved in data analysis & data Interpretation 5. Managing business relationships, coordinating with finance teams of corporates and brokers , internal coordination with operations, sales, underwriting team to support in business operations effectively 6. Experience in Insurance sector preferred Qualification: 1. B.Com/M.Com/MBA with 2+ years of experience 2. In-depth knowledge of financial operations, reconciliation, process improvement 3. Experience developing financial reports and automation tasks 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment 5. Prior experience of fintech/insurance company is an added advantage 6. Excellent Microsoft office skills, VBA/Macro skills would be an added advantage
