Manager - Operations ( Inside Sales/Outbound Sales) Responsibilities: - Monitor and Analyze Key performance metrics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and revenue & margin growth. - Generate reports and insights to provide actionable recommendations to TL's for improving sales performance. - Measure Sales productivity daily and look for opportunities to make improvements. - Establish and sustain a process for monitoring new hires to bring in results faster and reach productivity levels of established hires. - Deep dive into low performers in the sales team and ensure there are actions aligned with their managers for performance improvement. - Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales competency models, assess training needs, and develop sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. - Design and manage sales incentive programs to motivate and reward sales reps. Monitor program effectiveness &make adjustments as necessary. Implement recognition programs to celebrate sales achievements and foster a culture of excellence and high performance. - Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Provide training and support to sales representatives on the utilization of these tools, ensuring their adoption and proficiency. - Develop and improve sales processes and methodologies to streamline operations, increase sales productivity, and enhance the customer experience. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to drive process improvements. - Ensure the day to day health metric of the processes they are handling are in place. Fix any issues that could be essential towards deviation of these metrics. - Stakeholder Management and daily reporting of performance. Qualification and Experience: - Must have at least 5 years of Experience in contact center outbound sales process in which atleast two years should be as an Assistant Manager or above. - Should have an undergraduate degree however post graduation would be preferred. - Should be fluent in English , Hindi and Marathi. - Should have managed or handled a team size of 50-70 Agents. - Should have implemented and evaluated processes. - Identify Quality control issues and propose solutions. - Assist in maintaining companies legal compliance.
