ACG Infotech - Senior Functional Consultant - ERP - Real Estate/Infra/Manufacturing & Hospitals Sector

Below skill sets are required

- Extensive experience & knowledge of atleast two of below domains

- ERP for Project Management for EPC, Construction, Real Estate, Infra companies,

- ERP for Manufacturing Industries

- Hospital Management system

- Experienced in Strategic planning, Business Analysis, Market research, Gap Analysis and Wire-framing

- Proficient in designing and reviewing various documents including BRD, FRD, SRS, SOW and Project Estimation Sheet.

- Ability to use modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio for Business Process Modelling, Flow Charts, and Use Case Diagrams.

- Expertise in Wire framing, Prototyping, ER Diagrams, UML Diagrams etc

- Good documentation capabilities to capture business requirements clearly and prepare techno functional solutions

- Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate project documents clearly to all project stakeholders

- Ability to understand complex business requirements, map them to existing ERP features, identify gaps and propose solutions and work around is required

- Experience in conducting key user workshops, training, SOP creation, conducting UATs and go-lives is required

- Good business and/or systems analysis skills and proven track record of delivering within deadlines with the ability to prioritize projects

Role and Responsibilities :

- ERP demonstration to prospective clients

- Analyses customer requirements, defines detailed documentation develops proposed solutions or approaches including the new process and new system capabilities

along with configurations needed Recommends potential alternatives including business and technical considerations

- Actively contribute to and develop solution approach or methodologies and frameworks for use in the project as well as for software product development

- Ensure solutions are aligned with product strategies and identify opportunities challenges and migration road-maps to align with product

- Collaborates with off-shore technical and support teams to meet project deliverable timelines and quality requirements
