Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end ERP project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.

- Coordinate with technical, functional, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.

- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare project reports.

- Ensure quality assurance and user training during deployment.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP project management.

- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, and Production.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- PMP / Agile certification will be an added advantage.
