Aceolution - Supplier Operation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Operations Specialist to support supplier qualification, ramp-up, and performance monitoring for data center hardware manufacturing.

In this role, you will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness, quality, and operational excellence across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support multi-source supplier qualification, ramp-up, and transition activities.

- Assess supplier production maturity, readiness, and scalability.

- Conduct on-site supplier visits for onboarding, audits, and performance reviews.

- Partner with engineering, quality, and program management teams to resolve production and operational issues.

- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective actions when required.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and strengthen partnerships.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, and company requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in supplier operations, supplier management, or manufacturing engineering.

- Strong knowledge of supplier audits, quality systems, and production readiness.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

- Experience in SCM tools and modules such as Kinaxis, E2open, SAP, iValua.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel internationally, up to 25%
