Aceolution - Reporting Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to strengthen our operations team by managing dashboards, reporting, and communications across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, ensuring leadership has clear, timely, and accurate insights into factory readiness and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor factory readiness and supplier status.

- Deliver concise and accurate updates to cross-functional leadership teams.

- Support reporting, documentation, and escalation tracking across operations.

- Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate data.

- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all internal and external communications.

- Identify trends, risks, and areas for process improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 35 years of experience in operations reporting, data analysis, or project coordination.

- Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as PLX, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, actionable manner.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
