Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager, based in India (open to any location), to lead global supply chain and factory readiness operations for our IT Cloud Infrastructure and Data Center Manufacturing initiatives.

This role will be responsible for managing complex programs, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams and external partners

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage global supply chain program management (PgM) services.

- Drive factory readiness and supplier onboarding for new and sustaining programs.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders.

- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular updates and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.

- PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with global teams and suppliers.

- Proficient in SCM Tools / Modules across: Kinaxis, E2open, SAP, iValua
