Acentra - Engineering Manager

Role : Engineering Manager

Acentra Health is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong hands-on expertise in VS/.NET Full Stack, product engineering, Agile practices, and team leadership. The role involves leading engineering teams, driving new product development, managing multiple projects, and delivering scalable technology solutions.

NOTE : Candidates of product based background are required.

- 12 - 17 years of experience with ~5 years in team management

- Experience in product-based organizations

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills

- Exposure to AI & Automation is a plus

- BE/BTech in Computer Engineering or related field

Responsibilities :

- Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.

- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.

- Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.

- Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.

- Advocates on behalf of team members by securing adequate resources for success.

- Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Assures that processes, deliverables meet quality & regulatory compliance guidelines.

- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments.

Skills :

- VS,.NET Full stack Hands-on experience

- Experience working in product organization especially in new products.

- Expert in Engineering best practices

- Personnel and project management skills

- Leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Organizational, planning, and Presentation skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus

- Experience in leveraging AI & Automation

Education, Experience :

- BE/BTech in Computer Engineering

- 12 to 17 years of experience managing the Engineering teams. ~5 years management experience (within the overall experience)
