Responsibilities

- Source, onboard, and grow PMS & AIF distribution through relationship-building with wealth managers, RIAs, IFAs, private banks, and family offices.

- Build and expand a pipeline of distributors and advisory partners for long-term engagement.

- Engage with wealth managers, family offices, and advisory firms to present, educate, and support the adoption of PMS/AIF offerings.

- Facilitate distributor onboarding and ensure full compliance with SEBI/regulatory requirements.

- Re-activate inactive distributors and strengthen engagement across channels.

- Maintain and deepen distributor relationships to drive sustainable AUM growth and product adoption.

- Act as a brand evangelist by conceptualizing and leading events, training sessions, and roadshows to enhance product awareness and adoption.

- Collaborate with internal teams to design product solutions that meet distributor and client needs.

- Monitor pipeline and AUM growth, ensuring disciplined forecasting and reporting.

- Contribute to distribution growth while maintaining high service standards and ethical business practices.

Requirements

- Prior experience in PMS/AIF or wealth management.

- Strong network across RIAs, IFAs, private banks, and family offices.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment product distribution.

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
