About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced US Senior Tax Reviewer / Corporate Tax Preparer with strong expertise in CCH software to join our team for a strategic client partnership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a consistent, high-performing team responsible for preparing and reviewing complex corporate tax returns with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review complex corporate tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

- Utilize CCH software to ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns.

- Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all filings.

- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain high standards of consistency and quality.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all tax-related work.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in corporate tax preparation and review, preferably in a client-service or consulting environment.

- Strong proficiency in CCH software (mandatory).

- Thorough understanding of U.S. corporate tax laws and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.

- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a consistent, cohesive team.

- Preferred: Prior experience in strategic or client-facing roles and exposure to cross-functional tax teams.
