Accounts Payable - This position responsible for handling accounts payable process for vendor payment, employee reimbursement, fixed asset capitalization and office accounts reconciliation. - Handling the entire payment processing pan India & maintain payment TAT. - Appropriate understanding of accounting of expenses, TDS, GST, Input Tax Credit, and other tax related compliance/statutory deduction. - Liaising with various internal stakeholders or business users for settlement of vendor advances, timely clearance of vendor payments, resolving their issues. - Handling Internal, Statutory, RBI & other Audits. - Prepare & monitor schedules for assets & liabilities. - Preparation of management reports time to time on demand basis. - Should have good knowledge of foreign payments. - Fixed asset accounting like capitalization of assets, depreciation process & reports/schedules etc. - Essential CA / MBA with 8 -10 years' experience in accounts payable/vendor pay-out - Essential Experience in accounts payable with good accounting knowledge. - Excellent in communication.
