Accounts Payable Lead - Manager / Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Industry: Preferably from renewable energy / Infrastructure

Team Size: approx. 5-6 people

ERP: SAP S4 Hana

Job Description:

- Monthly Book Closing & Reporting: Lead the end-to-end month-end close process including invoice posting, journal entries, depreciation, accruals, advance settlement and ledger reconciliations within defined timelines for management review.

- Vendor Management & Accounts Payable: Manage end-to-end AP operations covering EPC contractors, O&M vendors, and equipment suppliers etc. Ensure accurate invoice processing with GST/TDS compliance, timely payment cycles, and robust vendor reconciliation. Maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~10 finance professionals across AP and banking operations. Set performance goals, review work quality, and build a high-accountability team culture aligned with business growth objectives.

- Audits: Take active participation for timely audit closure, preparation of audit schedules and handle queries of auditors.
