SAR is an executive search organization.  Our Client, Agilent Tehnologies (US Based MNC) - www.agilent.com- is the world's premier measurement company and a technology leader in communications, electronics, life sciences and chemical analysis.  We are hiring for:  Experience : 8+ Years   Qualification: Post Graduate degree level in Accounting or any related discipline with accounting knowledge desired   Location : Manesar (Near Gurgaon)   Job Description:  - Lead and manage Accounts Payable team in India to fulfill the following job functions:  Operational:  - Provide guidance and mentoring to the team to perform their daily operations such as managing internal and external business partners invoice/ payment/ employee reimbursement inquires, perform payment run, process/ systems troubleshooting, discrepancy resolutions with requestors/buyers/ vendors  - Enable the team to identify and develop process efficiencies and simplification of work methods in the Vendor payables(VP), Payments and Employee reimbursement(ER) processes  - Design and Manage processes to strengthen compliance of Agilent Expense policies and highlight exceptions  - Establishes, maintains appropriate business controls and processes within the Accounts Payable function to meet the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements as a process owner  - Ensure the integrity of the operations by accurately reflecting operational performance to management through use of metrics and dashboards  - Conversant with process flow & linkages to be able to relate to end to end operations  - Strong capabilities in designing and deploying business plans in alignment with company directions and business priorities  - Foster a team culture to proactively engage in resolution of problems and escalations or payment issues in driving for customer service excellence  - Understand industry trends and benchmark best practices  Resource Management:  - Good at motivating employee morale and continue developing talent. Familiar in dealing with different cultures  - Requires people and resource management ability.
