Description: Accounts Manager.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Experience Required: 5-7+ years in Accounting.
Working days 6 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting of business transactions in Zoho Books.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of AP, AR, employee imprest, bank accounts, and ledgers.
- Handle monthly closing including P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with CA team for GST returns, filings, and ITC reconciliation.
- Manage TDS deduction, payments, and quarterly returns.
- Vendor invoice validation and processing with proper documentation.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory norms.
- Track fixed assets and inventory accounting.
- Support internal and statutory audits with proper schedules.
- Assist in cash flow management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Mandatory experience with Zoho Books.
- Solid understanding of general accounting and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to take full ownership and responsibility of work.
