About the Organisation :

Our client is a large, fast-growing 1500 Cr organization with a modern manufacturing unit in Chakan. We are seeking an accounts manager based in Chakan.

About the Role :

Location - Pune

Roles & Responsibility :

- To handle entire gamut of Financial Accounting activities.

- Ensure proper systems in place with respect to Accounting, Budgets, Audit, and Taxation.

- Analysing MIS and reporting to Senior Management.

- Balance Sheet Review to mitigate all potential risk by monitoring and timely clearing of the line items for P2P related GLs (eg. GR/IR, A/P, vendor retention, advances, interim etc.)

- Develop and Document the Business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen Internal controls.

- Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts.

- Provides Financial Analysis, Interpretation of Variances from budgets, Forecast and Advice to Management.

- To Minimize and Control the Overhead Expenses by Comparing & ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources.

What You Bring :

- CA/CMA with post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years

- Working experience in large scale manufacturing industries preferably in SAP environment

- A proactive and learning-oriented approach, with a commitment to personal and professional development.

- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment and navigate a multicultural workplace.
