- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and tax laws.
- Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Managing audits (internal and external) and addressing any audit findings.
Team Management and Development:
- Supervising and mentoring accounting staff.
- Providing guidance and support to the finance team.

Collaboration and Communication:
