Accounts Manager

About:

- Manage accounts up to finalisation, with strong knowledge of AS/IND AS.

- Handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee month-end closing and preparation of MIS reports.

- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members.

- Overlook direct & indirect tax matters and ensure timely filings.

- Support in preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP), including monitoring of ageing of advances, receivables, and payables.

- Assist the CFO in setting up SOPs, internal controls, and process improvements.

- Coordinate and support internal audits.

- Handle Capex accounting and related reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

- Generate, analyse, and present various financial and operational reports.

- Hands-on experience in SAP is a must.
