Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager with 5+ years of experience in client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be adept at serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.


This role requires a professional who is proficient in analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining long-term relationships and driving business success.


Key Responsibilities


- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and issues.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects.

- Prepare and present detailed account performance reports, including key metrics and insights, to both clients and internal stakeholders.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or products.

- Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients to assess performance and proactively address any concerns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer clients relevant insights and recommendations.

- Assist in the development of proposals and contracts for new business opportunities.

- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the account management process.


Required Skills & Qualifications


- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management or a similar client-facing role.

- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management to build and maintain strong client bonds.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.

- Proficiency in Negotiation Skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Solid experience in Project Management, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
