Job Description:

We are seeking highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Heads to oversee and manage the entire accounting and financial operations of our client. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire accounting function, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets to support management decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

- Oversee the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.

- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.

- Support financial forecasting, planning, and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a similar industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
