About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Accounts & Finance Professionals to join a growing international business group with operations across multiple entities. The role offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to gain international exposure while working closely with senior management on strategic finance, accounting, reporting, and business performance initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Group Accounting, MIS Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Internal Controls, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. The selected professional will play a key role in supporting management through meaningful financial insights, performance reporting, and business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting :

- Manage end-to-end accounting activities for one or multiple business entities.

- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Monitor General Ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Group Accounting & Consolidation :

- Handle accounting and finance activities for multiple group companies.

- Assist in preparation of consolidated financial reports and management presentations.

- Ensure consistency in accounting practices across business entities.

- Coordinate with various business units for financial reporting and compliance requirements.

3. Management Reporting & MIS :

- Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, and performance reports for senior leadership.

- Support CEO and management teams with financial analysis, profitability reviews, and strategic recommendations.

- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.

- Track key financial and operational KPIs.

4. Financial Planning & Analysis :

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

- Assist in business decision-making through financial modeling and performance analysis.

- Evaluate business performance against budgets and strategic objectives.

5. Compliance, Audit & Controls :

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.

- Strengthen internal controls and governance practices.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory and compliance-related activities.

6. ERP & Process Improvement :

- Work extensively on SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.

- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems.

- Support implementation of best practices across finance operations.

7. Team Management & Leadership :

- Guide and mentor junior finance team members.

- Support capability building and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Collaborate effectively across departments and business functions.

- Promote a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA qualification.

- 5 -10 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Finance, or Financial Reporting roles.

- Experience handling group accounting and multi-entity finance operations.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
