Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in global accounting operations? Join GlobalStep as an Accounting Manager (Shared Services), where you'll lead key functions across Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Banking for our 13+ global entities across the US, UK, Europe, and India.

Role Details:

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (to support global time zones)

Reports To: Director - Finance

What You'll Do:

- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations across global entities - ensuring timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance.

- Manage global payroll execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and reconciliation of time and pay data.

- Supervise banking and treasury operations, including cash applications, reconciliations, and clearing outstanding items.

- Ensure standardization of finance processes across 13+ entities, coordinating audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.

- Drive process excellence and internal controls, ensuring audit readiness, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- 10-12 years of experience in shared services or global finance operations (preferably IT Services or BPO).

- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience leading multi-process finance teams.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA not mandatory).

- Strong skills in process mapping, improvement, and internal controls; Six Sigma certification preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management with onshore/offshore coordination experience.

- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAGE is an advantage.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
