Financial Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations and prepare weekly cash flow statement.

- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions as per accounting standards and company policies

- Manage treasury activities including liquidity planning, investing, and forex exposure

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements

- Lead monthly financial close process with timely reporting to management and APAC finance head.

- Analyze performance vs budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights

- Handle monthly employee and expat payroll along with the TDS calculation

- Handle employee expense claim approval and payout

- Handle time to time vendor payouts and foreign payments.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning

- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises

- Support long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals

- Track performance against targets and recommend corrective actions

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with direct/indirect tax laws, including TDS & GST filings

- Ensure ROC filings, Companies Act compliances, and other statutory filings

- Ensure proper documentation

- Manage forex transactions in compliance with Income Tax, RBI & FEMA regulations

Audit & Governance

- Manage statutory, internal, and regulatory audits

- Liaise with banks

- Liaise with auditors and close audit queries efficiently

Experience & skills

- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 - 4 years in Finance / Accounting

Controllership roles

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance

- Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis

- Hands-on experience with Tally and advanced Excel

- Good communication skills
