Designation: Accounting Manager - Manager, C&O - F&A

Competency: Business Process Solution

Experience: 6 9+ Years

Qualification: Qualified CA/MBA. CA - relevant experience of 5 years. MBA - relevant experience of 6 years

Location: Delhi NCR (Noida / Gurgaon)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing a team of 20-30 team member

- Should be responsible for development of business as per the policy of the firm.

- Should be responsible for translation of the business as delegated by seniors.

- In general he will be responsible for delivery to clients in an environment which compliant in all respect (Policy of firm, Policy of clients, controls required to deliver services, etc.)

- Should be able to manage the F&A work

Desired Profile:

- 6 - 9+ years post qualification experience in F&A, E2E function and business development preferably in outsourcing organisation with end to end expertise

- Manage a team of 10 members

- Business development & Client Management

- Qualified CA/MBA. Proficiency in working with Tally/SAP/Navision/ or any other accounting ERP tool

- Good knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT)

- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and related rules and regulation (Income-tax Act, Companies Laws, GST etc.)
