Technical skills:

- Candidates should be from corporate/industry.

- Should have strong proficiency in accounting, reporting etc.

- Knowledge of Tally prime, MS dynamics (preferred).

- Knowledge of IFRS/IndAS.

- Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience.

Job Description:

- Manage the finance and accounts function for project entities including holding companies engaged in the business of smart meter concessions.

- Preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Review and disseminate regular MIS reports, offering key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support decision-making at various organizational levels.

- Monthly closure of books and review of trial balance.

- Coordinating with off roll teams with Big 4 firms by providing them necessary guidance and review their deliverables with attention to detail.

- Mange compliance with developed processes, SOPs, documentary controls, and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Manage Statutory Audits, ICFR and internal audit processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, and senior management to drive financial efficiency and support business growth initiatives.
