Accounting Head (CFO Level)

About the Role

We are looking for a senior finance leader to take on the role of Accounting Head (CFO Level), responsible for driving financial strategy, managing end-to-end finance operations, and supporting business growth initiatives including M&A and strategic decision-making.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership and hands-on financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and execution

- Drive strategic finance initiatives including mergers and acquisitions

- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and governance frameworks

- Manage legal contracts and financial risk assessment

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and closing of books

- Partner with leadership team for business decision-making

- Build and lead high-performing finance teams

- Drive process improvements and financial efficiency across the organization

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- 14+ years of experience in finance leadership roles

- Strong expertise in strategic finance, M&A, and financial planning

- Experience managing end-to-end finance and accounting functions

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and governance

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

- Experience working in large organizations or consulting environments

- Strong exposure to global finance operations

- Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution
