Accounting/Finance/Audit Role - Assurance

Role Overview:

We are looking for high-performing Chartered Accountants or CPAs to join our Assurance practice in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead statutory audit engagements, ensuring financial statements provide a true and fair view of our clients' operations. You will work closely with diverse client stakeholders, ranging from finance controllers to leadership teams, to navigate complex accounting standards and regulatory requirements. By delivering high-quality audit insights, you play a critical role in enhancing financial transparency, strengthening internal controls, and building trust in the capital markets. This position offers significant exposure to multi-sector clients and a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end statutory audits for diverse clients to ensure strict adherence to GAAP and local regulatory frameworks.

- Analyze complex financial data and business processes to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations for internal control improvements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional engagement teams to manage audit timelines, documentation, and deliverables, ensuring seamless project execution.

- Communicate audit findings and technical accounting interpretations to client management, fostering transparent and professional relationships.

- Monitor compliance with evolving accounting standards and statutory requirements to mitigate financial reporting risks for the organization and its clients.

Required Skillset:

- Possess a strong technical foundation in Statutory Audit and Assurance, with a deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex accounting workflows and internal control assessments with high attention to detail.

- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
