Accounting & Control Manager - Record To Report

Job Description:

- Own end-to-end R2R: GL, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets, accruals, and reporting.

- Lead and develop a team of 20+ (managers, team leads, analysts) with targets, SLAs, and succession.

- Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX/statutory compliance.

- Identify and deliver automation (RPA, workflow, reconciliation tools, ERP enhancements).

- Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and business stakeholders.

- Drive KPIs: close timelines, accuracy, cost per transaction, and attrition.
