Accounting Advisory Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on the application and interpretation of Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP accounting standards.

- Support clients with GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting memoranda.

- Assist in complex accounting areas such as business combinations, revenue recognition, financial instruments, leases, consolidation, and share-based payments.

- Provide pre- and post-transaction accounting support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and IPO readiness.

- Review and prepare financial statements and disclosure checklists in compliance with applicable frameworks.

- Coordinate with audit teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues.

- Support clients in implementing new accounting standards and developing accounting policies.

- Develop and deliver internal/external training sessions and thought leadership materials on emerging accounting topics.
