Accounting Advisory Consultant - CA/CFA

Description:

- Availability: We are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately or within a maximum of 15-30 days.

Profile Requirements:

- Experience: 4-6 years in Accounting and CFO Advisory services.

- Qualification: Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

- Target Level: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, or Deputy Manager (DM) level.

- Preferred Background: Prior experience working with a Consultancy/Advisory firm is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory services, including:

- Technical Accounting: Providing expert advice on the application and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Financial Reporting: Overseeing and ensuring compliance with complex statutory and regulatory Financial Reporting requirements.

- Finance Strategy & Planning: Assisting clients with robust Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

- Process Optimization: Driving and executing Finance Transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and effectiveness of the finance function.

- Financial Control: Strengthening internal controls and governance frameworks to improve Financial Control and risk management.

- Specialized Finance: Advising on aspects of Islamic Finance where applicable to client structures and transactions.

- Project Delivery: Managing advisory projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality delivery of client mandates.
