Job Title: Account Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for selling specialty chemicals and silicones to Biopharmaceutical, Biologics, Biosimilars and Medical Devices Industries with additional experience of handling Silicon Tubing's.

- The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for PAN India Region.

- Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business

and maintaining such accounts.

- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.

- Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.

- Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Sales Manager.

- Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.

- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.

- Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries.

- Travel will be limited and need based.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate with B.Sc in Chemistry, Bachelors in Cosmetic Tech; B.Pharm as academic qualification.

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience.

- Ability to understand new products / applications relevant to these industries and able to effectively communicate about the same so as to handle commercial business and sales.

- Strong network of pharmacists, chemists, purchase officers, R&D and production groups from Pharma / Cosmetic companies in Gujarat.

- Strong communication skills, organized player with strong ethics.
