- We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our staffing accounts based in the Talwade region of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
- This role serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal recruitment teams, ensuring staffing requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled promptly.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing operations, excellent client relationship management skills, and a track record of meeting SLAs while driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts effectively by understanding staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates aligned with client expectations.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure all deliverables are met with high quality and within agreed timelines.
- Conduct regular client interactions to gather feedback, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous service improvement.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to propose enhanced staffing solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contract details, and account status reports.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and work cross-functionally to provide effective resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 to 4 years of experience managing client accounts in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
- Client location experience in Talwade/Pimpri-Chinchwad or similar industrial hubs is a distinct advantage.
- Female candidates are preferred to support client diversity initiatives and foster inclusive team dynamics.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
