Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, setup, manage & optimize campaigns across DSPs (DV360, MediaMath and Teads Ad Manager) and manage daily in-console monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed KPIs.
- Campaigns to be monitored and optimized frequently to achieve KPI goals.
- Contribute to clients' business growth by identifying new opportunities through deep analysis of reporting and data
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the operations team and take ownership of pre-campaign to post-campaign requirements.
- Generate meaningful insights for post-campaign reporting.
- Build a good rapport with the client servicing team and provide seamless support with campaign briefs, strategy, setup, optimization, reporting & invoicing.
- Support and oversee campaign QA process for peer team members.
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing digital display campaigns, understanding general planning/buying processes and media language/operations
- Experience with DSP platforms (self-managed) DV360, MediaMath, and others.
- DCM and Sizmek ad server execution experience
- Tactical execution experience CTV, Native, Proximity targeting, Prospecting & Remarketing, PMP executions, Video, SSP direct deals.
- Understanding of ad-server or ad-operations technologies (e.
, Doubleclick)
- Ability to interpret campaign performance with regards to programmatic variables Geo, device, demos, behavioral, creative, targeting layers
