Job Objective:

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires building strong client relationships, delivering customized advertising solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial/corporate segments.

- Build a strong sales pipeline and develop prospecting plans.

- Convert leads into successful partnerships.

2. Account Management & Client Retention

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

- Achieve high client retention by ensuring satisfaction.

- Identify and convert upsell opportunities.

3. Ad Sales Process Management

- Create and present customized client proposals.

- Negotiate rates and finalize contracts.

- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all advertising deals.

4. Strategy Execution & Team Collaboration

- Work with Product and Marketing to develop impactful sales collateral and messaging.

- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery.

- Share industry insights and best practices across the team.

5. Sales Records & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

- Track client interactions, sales progress, and forecasting.

- Regularly update the sales pipeline and performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

KPI Supporting Actions:

- Revenue Achievement Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Client Retention Maintain high retention and satisfaction (NPS).

- Upselling Identify opportunities and increase revenue from existing clients.

- CRM Compliance Accurately record all sales and client data.

- Customer Satisfaction Address client concerns promptly and proactively communicate.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in B2B ad sales, preferably in the media industry.

- Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

- Experience managing a complex sales pipeline.

- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
