Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Campaign Implementation: Provide day-to-day implementation, optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervision of junior staff.
- Platform Expertise: Be proficient in setting up and managing campaigns within Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads based on the media plan and client brief.
- Strategy & Planning: Prepare comprehensive media plans for new campaigns and product launches by conducting thorough research, analyzing historical performance, leveraging audience insights, and utilizing campaign planning tools.
- Optimization & Testing: Execute advanced optimization techniques, including A/B testing, implementing Brand Lift Strategy, Conversion Lift Strategy, and running Brand Recall Experiments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Technical Setup: Oversee and manage Pixel implementation and other tracking technologies to ensure accurate data collection and conversion attribution.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Performance Interpretation: Accurately interpret performance data from various platforms to provide actionable insights and analysis that meet and exceed campaign objectives.
- Client Communication: Provide clear and accurate client communication, detailing performance and Return on Investment (ROI) via regular, comprehensive campaign reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-campaign).
- Strategic Recommendations: Produce reports that include observations, key insights, and strong recommendations on learnings and strategies from current campaigns that can be applied to future initiatives.
- Future Planning: Contribute to strategic planning by understanding which strategies delivered the best results and which did not, enabling informed decisions for future campaign planning.
Team Leadership & Vendor Relations:
- Mentorship: Coach and develop junior staff, supervising their projects and day-to-day activities to build a high-performing team.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise effectively with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop strong relationships and continuously build knowledge of new platform features and beta opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Paid Social advertising.
- Platform Mastery: In-depth, hands-on experience across major paid social platforms (Facebook/ Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Client Experience: Proven experience working with diverse clients across B2B, B2C, and E-Commerce sectors.
- International Exposure (Preferred): Experience working with or for International Brands is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in campaign setup, advanced optimization, pixel/tag implementation, and comprehensive performance analysis.
- Communication: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and strategy simply and effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign management and strategy
