Account Manager - Paid Media

Location- Gurugram

Experience- 4 to 7 years

Must have-

Experience managing - 50L- 2Cr+ monthly ad spends across multiple platforms

Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (especially Facebook/Meta Ads)

Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and basic coding/scripting

Role Overview-

As the Account Manager - Paid Media, you will be the primary point of contact for key clients - responsible for ensuring their growth KPIs are achieved through sustainable and data-backed advertising strategies. You will work closely with the Senior Ads Strategist to plan scaling initiatives, ensure flawless campaign execution by the internal team, and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities-

Client Strategy & Communication

- Serve as the main client partner, managing relationships with founders, CMOs, and marketing heads. - Lead weekly performance review calls - translating data into actionable recommendations. - Proactively align client expectations, growth forecasts, and media strategy to business goals. - Own client P&L for ad investments - balancing growth, efficiency, and scalability.

Performance Management & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Analyze dashboards to ensure CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and payback targets are met. - Identify performance bottlenecks and propose data-driven optimizations. - Build and present performance reports that communicate impact clearly and confidently.

Scaling & Strategy Development

- Collaborate with the Senior Ads Strategist to design scaling roadmaps for accounts. - Recommend budget allocation, funnel mix, and audience expansion strategies. - Audit creative and landing page performance to guide sustainable growth decisions. - Suggest new platform testing or automation opportunities for improved efficiency.

Execution Oversight & Team Coordination

- Ensure daily campaign operations (ad creation, optimization, reporting) are running seamlessly. - Bridge between clients and execution teams - translating strategy into actionable tasks. - Track task completion and ensure quality of deliverables before client submission. - Coach junior team members on campaign management, creative direction, and communication.

Process & Systems Building

- Develop SOPs, playbooks, and templates for reporting, campaign audits, and performance reviews. - Implement data hygiene, workflow consistency, and structured documentation across accounts. - Contribute to automation or dashboard initiatives that improve visibility and scale
