About the Role:

We are hiring an Account Manager Fund Services to lead fund accounting and investor services for global clients. The role requires deep expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, client management, and team leadership in the asset & fund services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fund accounting operations including NAV calculation, P&L reporting, and financial statement preparation.

- Manage investor reporting, carried interest, management/incentive fee calculations, and reconciliations.

- Act as the primary client contact, handling escalations, investor queries, and service delivery commitments.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.

- Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, ensuring knowledge development and high-quality output.

- Collaborate with internal/external auditors, tax teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Mandatory Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / CMA (or equivalent).

- 8-12 years of experience in fund accounting, asset management, or fund services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in NAV calculations, fund structures, investor reporting, and financial statements.

- Proven track record of client management and team leadership.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills (Good to Have):

- Knowledge of private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investments.

- Experience with eFront, Agresso, FIS, Workiva, Power BI or similar financial tools.

- Exposure to UK/US GAAP, IFRS, and global regulatory frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills, process improvement mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
