Account Manager F&B Partnerships (Field Role) | Chennai

We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to work on a large-scale digital commerce initiative focused on empowering local restaurants and small food businesses.

This is a field-based role (5 days a week) where you will directly engage with restaurant partners, help them grow their online business, and drive adoption of a digital marketplace.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required: 3 - 4 years

Work Mode: Field role (5 days/week)

Role & Responsibilities:


- Onboard and manage restaurant and F&B partners across Chennai


- Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners


- Drive partner adoption, engagement, and retention


- Advise partners on menu optimization, pricing, and promotional strategies


- Track partner performance using dashboards and business metrics


- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution


- Gather partner feedback to improve tools and processes

Candidate Profile:


- 3-4 years of experience in Account Management / Business Development / Merchant Partnerships


- Background in F&B, food-tech, or e-commerce platforms preferred


- Fluent in Tamil with strong knowledge of Chennais local food market


- Excellent communication and negotiation skills


- Comfortable with field work, targets, and fast-paced environments


- Analytical mindset with basic data-handling ability
