Business Development Account Manager / Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Account Manager / Director to drive strategic growth across key accounts in the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defence, and Automotive domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor/VLSI services sales, proven revenue ownership, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships while driving new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow 2-3 strategic accounts with annual revenue responsibility of - 20-30 Crores.

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Semiconductor, Automotive, Aerospace, and Defence sectors.

- Build and execute account growth strategies to expand market presence and customer engagement.

- Prepare compelling business proposals, pricing models, and customer presentations.

- Collaborate closely with Delivery, Engineering, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure project readiness and successful execution.

- Establish and strengthen partnerships with EDA vendors, semiconductor councils, and industry associations.

- Drive customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Semiconductor/VLSI services sales and business development.

- Proven track record of managing and delivering annual revenues exceeding - 20 Crores.

- Strong network and relationships within Semiconductor, Automotive, Aerospace, or Defence industries.

- Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design flows and semiconductor engineering services.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with global engineering services organizations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.

- Exposure to EDA ecosystem and semiconductor partnerships will be an added advantage.
