Account Manager/Client Partner - Domestic Market


Experience: ~10+ Years (Minimum 5 Years in Domestic Account Management / Client Engagement with Leading IT Services / System Integrators)


Location: Hyderabad - Hitech City

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Joining Timeline: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager cum Client Partner (Domestic) to drive strategic client engagement, delivery excellence, and revenue growth across key domestic accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, deep understanding of the domestic IT hiring ecosystem, and a proven track record of managing enterprise-level relationships within leading System Integrators (SIs) or IT Services organizations.

This role demands a consultative approach, operational rigor, and the ability to lead cross-functional recruitment teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Account Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned domestic accounts.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and HR functions.

- Understand client workforce strategies and translate them into effective hiring plans.

- Drive account growth, client satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

2. Talent Delivery Oversight:

- Oversee screening and shortlisting processes to ensure high-quality submissions.

- Conduct candidate evaluations via video discussions where required.

- Ensure delivery teams align with client expectations and SLAs.

- Monitor quality metrics including submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

3. Interview & Offer Governance:

- Guide candidates through L1/L2 interview processes.

- Provide compensation benchmarking insights and ensure salary alignment.

- Oversee offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Manage complex stakeholder expectations with professionalism and business acumen.

- Partner closely with Sourcers, Recruiters, and Delivery Leads to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Conduct regular internal reviews to track pipeline health and hiring velocity.

5. Performance & Pipeline Management:

- Build and maintain a strong, proactive talent pipeline aligned to forecasted demand.

- Drive individual and team revenue/hiring targets.

- Track performance dashboards and ensure continuous process improvement.

Required Competencies:

- Strong domestic account management experience within IT staffing or services environment

- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level stakeholders

- Commercial acumen with understanding of revenue, margins, and delivery metrics

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Profile:

- Experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 IT Services or System Integrators

- Strong network within the domestic IT talent ecosystem

- Demonstrated success in improving selection-to-joining ratios and client retention
