Account Manager - City Media Required Experience: 6 - 8 Years Locations: Mumbai and Bangalore Skills & Expertise: - Customer Engagement - Business Acumen - Negotiation Roles & Responsibilities: JOB PURPOSE: To act as a representative of the organization and have a more focused approach towards bringing in new clients having high potential or providing high level of client servicing resulting in retaining the clients thereby increasing brand awareness, revenue and market share of the organization PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Revenue Enablement & Enhancement: Build strategic working relationships with existing clients to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. - Develop innovative and customized solutions for clients. - Monitor industry trends and collaborate with the team to create new client offerings. - Understand brand requirements and identify suitable opportunities. Negotiate effectively with clients to secure optimal deals. Key Result Areas: Revenue Enablement & Enhancement: Key Performance Indicators: - Target v/s Achievement, Number of new high potential accounts - Client Servicing: Provide comprehensive client service, addressing their needs proactively. Offer suggestions for innovative solutions and new advertising assets. - Ensure timely completion of operational tasks (deal closure to invoicing). - Minimize turnaround time for client requests. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure mounting aligns with client specifications. Review advertising sites, provide snapshots to clients, and obtain their approval. - Keep clients informed about new advertising sites and airport developments/innovations. Key Result Areas: Client Servicing: Key Performance Indicators: - Number of key accounts retained, Amount of revenue generated from innovative ideas - Collection Amount: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoice delivery to clients. - Follow up with clients to ensure payments are cleared within the agreed timeframe. Key Result Areas: Collection Amount: Key Performance Indicators: - Outstanding amount to be collected - Daily Sales Ratio: Adhere strictly to established procedures and processes. - Record daily call and meeting numbers, along with productivity reports, in the CRM system. - Update and modify deal details in the CRM upon closure.
