About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Transformation Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving successful business transformations for our clients. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure the seamless adoption of new processes and capabilities. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis and Requirements Definition: Employ a comprehensive range of tools and techniques to gather detailed business and user requirements, ensuring clear alignment with project objectives. Skillfully map 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes and capabilities, determining the optimal level of detail required for each initiative.

- Impact Analysis and Estimation: Proactively identify the potential consequences of proposed changes, accurately estimating the modifications needed to achieve project goals. Focus on defining changes within the overall project design, ensuring high quality and appropriate effort levels.

- Business Solution Design and Development: Collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure that business systems, workflows, and processes seamlessly contribute to the target operating model and desired capabilities. Partner with domain experts, including Enterprise Architects and Systems Analysts, to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, working closely with technical leads for successful implementation.

- Benefits Evaluation: Critically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of identified benefits and dis-benefits, ensuring alignment with project mandates and strategic objectives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, business change managers, end-users, and other key stakeholders. Ensure consistent alignment of project requirements with solution and capability design throughout the transformation lifecycle.

- Business Change Management: Work in close partnership with Business Change Managers and improvement teams to identify opportunities for Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements and associated solutions. Ensure defined project outputs are delivered effectively and that anticipated benefits are fully realized.

- Frameworks, Tools, and Documentation: Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on the application of various methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, user cases, user stories, defect analysis, and appropriate forms and templates for the organizational context and specific project needs.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, business transformation, change management, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on delivering complex projects.

- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

- Methodologies: Familiarity with various project management and business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Tools: Proficiency in using tools for process mapping, requirements management, and project documentation.
