Responsibilities:

- Onboard and manage restaurant and F&B partners, from premium outlets to neighborhood eateries.

- Use sales, negotiation, and account management skills to drive partner adoption, performance, and retention.

- Identify opportunities for growth by analyzing Chennai's F&B landscape and market trends.

- Advise partners on menu, pricing, and marketing strategies to increase their earnings and visibility.

- Track business metrics, analyze sales and campaign data, and ensure partners achieve business goals.

- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams for smooth onboarding and resolving partner issues.

- Gather partner feedback to improve DigiHaat's marketplace and tools.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Tamil and strong knowledge of Chennai's food and retail market.

- Experience in F&B or e-commerce account management (Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, comfortable using dashboards and data.

- Passion for helping local businesses grow; eager to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
