Role Description:
- The Account Manager (B2B Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.
- The primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- The role involves identifying and generating leads, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- The Account Manager will also work on developing strategies to expand client portfolios and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Lead Generation strategies and execution
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience in B2B sales or customer relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Bachelors / master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
