Key Responsibilities:
- ABM Strategy Execution
- Plan and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns focused on the MENA region.
- Identify high-value accounts in UAE, KSA, and GCC markets and create tailored marketing plans.
- Develop account personas, buying committees, and stakeholder maps.
- Create personalized content journeys and nurture workflows aligned with target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align ABM activities with revenue goals.
Campaign Management:
- Execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, landing pages and remarketing.
- Build targeted lists and segmented audiences for account-specific outreach.
- Implement multi-channel ABM engagement to warm up and convert potential accounts.
- Track engagement metrics, lead quality, conversions, and ROI of ABM campaigns.
Content & Personalization:
- Work with the design and content teams to build personalized pitch decks, microsites, case studies, and email sequences for key accounts.
- Develop localized messaging for different buyer personas in the MENA region.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain dashboards for account engagement scoring, pipeline influence, and ABM performance.
- Provide insights on account behavior, intent data, and campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing, engagement trends, and sales feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, presales, and marketing to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Support events, webinars, and MENA-specific campaigns with targeted ABM initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating account-specific events, industry expos, and digital outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
- Experience in the eCommerce / digital commerce / SaaS / IT services industry preferred.
- Prior experience targeting the MENA region (UAE, KSA, GCC) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ABM tools and platforms (Apollo, Demandbase, Terminus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, segment audiences, and derive actionable insights.
- Capability to coordinate with sales teams and convert ABM insights into opportunities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
