Accion Labs - Senior Project Manager - Agentic AI & Data Infrastructure

The Role This role provides delivery management for the Agentic AI and Data Infrastructure engagement - sprint cadence, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, milestone documentation, and stakeholder coordination across Accion and the client.

Must-Have

- Delivery management for technology or AI/data platform engagements - sprint and milestone tracking

- Risk and issue log management - identification, tracking, and escalation

- Status reporting - weekly updates, steering-level summaries, and RAG status communication

- Milestone and billing documentation - evidence-based completion tracking tied to SOW deliverables

- Stakeholder coordination - scheduling, action tracking, and follow-through across onshore and offshore teams

Good to Have

- Familiarity with agentic AI or data platform delivery contexts - most PM profiles come from enterprise IT or agile software, not AI-specific programs

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sprint cadence and milestone tracking for all workstreams across the engagement

- Maintain risk and issue logs; escalate blockers to Delivery Director and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

- Prepare weekly status updates and steering-level summaries; maintain RAG status with evidence-grounded language

- Track and document milestone completion evidence to support billing and client acceptance

- Coordinate scheduling, meeting agendas, and action item follow-through across onshore and offshore team members
