Job Description:
- Working as an HRBP involves discussions with the business heads, Managers, and team lead about the productivity of employees and retention strategies
- Handling Headcount of employees scattered in multiple locations
- Employee staff retention and counseling
- Skip level with Employees, Employee one to one discussion
- Employee grievance and queries addressed to HR will be solved, and convey the status to the employees in a stipulated time frame
- Coordinate induction and new line orientation
- Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues
- Attendance and Leave management system
- Organizing Reward and recognition events, Observing and celebrating important days
Job Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in the human resources function
