Experience:
- Overall experience of 13+ years in leading the development of transformative marketing strategies or leading marketing teams to execute integrated marketing plans
- Proven experience managing large-scale strategic engagements and senior client relationships.
- Strong network and understanding of high tech sub-sectors (e.g., SaaS, cloud, semiconductors, consumer tech, or enterprise platforms).
- Demonstrated track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Experience in working with C-suite level within existing organization / client organizations.
Educational Qualification: MBA from a tier 1 institute is preferred with bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Strategy & Consulting practice focused on the High Tech industry. In this client-facing role, you will help some of the world's most innovative technology companies solve their most complex business challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- You'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations-partnering with clients to develop actionable strategies that deliver real business value.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead or support strategic consulting engagements for high tech clients, including market entry, product strategy, operating model design, and digital transformation.
- Work on client engagements focused on digital transformation, marketing transformation, operating model redesign, growth strategy and market expansion strategy, and innovation within the high tech industry.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, financial and business analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership to co-create strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Translate complex business issues into clear problem statements and actionable insights.
- Support or lead the development of client deliverables including presentations, models, and strategic frameworks.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the high tech sector, including AI/GenAI, cloud,SaaS, and platform-based business models.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, thought leadership, and client pitches. Provide solutions for complex client problems across marketing areas, providing subject matter expertise on high tech industry.
- Build relationships with key client decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of marketing strategy.
- Manage projects - plan, execute, and deliver them successfully. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Lead business development efforts, develop proposal responses, build marketing assets and accelerators, POVs for Hi-Tech industry.
- Work in a team of seasoned professionals & use relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of one or more high tech domains: enterprise software, consumer electronics, telecom, cloud, AI, GenAI
- Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a structured thinking approach.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for executive storytelling and slide creation (PowerPoint, Miro, etc.).Strong understanding of key marketing value levers, metrics.
- An understanding of the various avenues available to drive innovative user experiences.
- A fundamental understanding of the functioning of a marketing technologies and how they enable marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills to be able to motivate a team and make them in line with the strategic goals of a project.
- Strong analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights.
- Ability to effectively team with others in a large, global organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills with an aptitude for compelling storytelling
- An ability to communicate actionable insights, trends and measure performance.
In addition, to excel at the role, you will also need to have.
