We work as a strategic growth lab, closely aligned with Accenture's high-priority offerings, equipping senior leaders with market intelligence, sales strategies, customized messaging, and curated assets to win complex consulting work. About the Role As a Manager in the S&I Advisory - Corporate Strategy & Growth team, you will support the EMEA market by driving sales origination, proposal development, and go-to-market strategies for the Corporate Strategy & Growth practice. You'll be a trusted partner to sales leadership and offering leads, bringing deep business strategy experience and consulting acumen to help shape and win strategic deals. You will be expected to lead initiatives independently, work with senior stakeholders, and provide thought leadership around sales messaging, market trends, competitive positioning, and value storytelling. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Origination & Planning: - Partner with offering leads to drive annual sales planning: define targets, focus sectors, and key clients. - Conduct research and analysis to identify white spaces and emerging client needs. - Support pipeline reviews, opportunity tracking, and first conversations with clients. 2. Proposal & Orals Support: - Define RFP response strategy and tailor messaging to client priorities. - Shape winning proposals with differentiated solutions, relevant pricing strategies, and strong value articulation. - Integrate latest market insights, competitive benchmarking, and client case studies. - Innovate during orals to ensure compelling storytelling and executive presence. 3. Content, Capability, and Continuous Improvement: - Develop and evolve go-to-market assets, credentials, pitch decks, and value frameworks. - Maintain a global repository of sales and proposal materials for reusability. - Conduct win/loss reviews and delivery debriefs to continuously improve win ratios. - Stay sharp via market research, client feedback, and internal trainings. Education: Full-time 2 year MBA from a premium institute Experience: - 7-10 years of post-MBA experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles - Minimum 4 years of consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm - Prior exposure to sales support, business development, or proposal management is a strong advantage Functional Expertise: - Business Strategy Transformation - Market Entry Strategy - Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy - Enterprise Value Analysis - Pricing & Profit Optimization - Pricing & Commercial Strategy Other Requirements: - Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills - High comfort with ambiguity and senior stakeholder engagement - Flexibility to support EMEA working hours - Reliable internet connectivity and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment - Fluent in English (oral and written) Why Join Us ?
