Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; On projects, you'll play a critical role in all aspects of Project Design, both supporting and leading Design efforts on our most ambitious work. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is driving positive impact for the employees of Accenture by creating and designing experiences that enable employees to be at their best: Some key responsibilities will be:&nbsp; - Support the design and execution of research efforts to uncover and explore employees needs, bringing research design best practices to the fore - Participate in or co-lead Design Thinking workshops with our people to uncover their needs and drive innovation and impactful solutions - Support the synthesis of research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how to improve our employee's experiences at Accenture - Explain, discuss, and justify design decisions eloquently. Give effective feedback and direction members of the team. - Develop experience &amp; business strategies that place employees and teams at the center of the service/product while balancing corporate business objectives (human centered design focus) - Frame and tell the story of design. Present the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. - Help and support with the roll out of current Employee experience projects Required Skills - True love and passion on improving the way our employee's work and live by transforming our experiences at work - Knowledge of and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes. Accustomed to working collaboratively with internal customers and cross-functional team members. - Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to Design Research, Visual Design, and Content Design; willingness to broaden own skillset into adjacent specializations while refining mastery of primary skillset. - Ability to create experience maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes. - Ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills in complex environment - Good business acumen particularly of Accenture's business - Able to manage and support multiple stakeholders - Attention to detail and able to deliver at a high level of quality, on time - Able to progress numerous initiatives simultaneously Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Human Resources, technology, or related field - Psychology or design related qualify - Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Human Resources, technology, or related field - Psychology or design related qualifications preferred
