Client business background: This role is expected to support clients in B2C domain, typically a North American / US companies  Analytics function overview: The analytics services in scope would be around customer analytics for B2C Industry vertical (Insurance, Telecom, Retail & CPG) - for consumer as well as enterprise business lines  Roles and Responsibilities summary:  - Help deliver the analytics projects based on the client's requirements over the duration of the engagement  - Ongoing program/project delivery management of the analytics and modeling function in consumer analytics  - Provide statistical analysis and predictive modeling services as part of the consumer analytics offering - end to end, ranging from customer segmentation, driver analysis, profitability analytics, claims prediction etc - using advanced analytical and modeling techniques and tools.  - Identify analytics opportunities across all client engagements supported by the Manila delivery center   - Help drive the analytics roadmap for the client's requirements   - Ongoing program/project delivery management of the analytics and modeling function in Telecom & Utilities analytics  - Provide statistical analysis and predictive modeling services as a value add to the current engagements cross offerings - end to end, ranging from customer segmentation, driver analysis, profitability analytics, claims prediction etc - using advanced analytical and modeling techniques and tools  - As a people manager - build and develop analytics and modeling capabilities and create an analytics organization in Manila by grooming local talent.  The candidate should possess knowledge and have hands-on experience in the following tools and software:  Statistical Analysis   - SAS procedures: CLUSTER, FASTCLUS, FACTOR, PROC SQL and Data Steps etc  - R  - Predictive Modeling  - PROC Logistic, PROC Means, Association rule  Knowledge of other analytics and modeling tools and software is a plus  P.S. This particular is opening is for various levels, so that role would be differing from level to level.
